Reporting Damaged or Defective Goods

All items are checked before dispatch; however, in the unlikely event that you experience any issues, these must be reported to us via email at info@1clickblinds.co.uk. Clearly describe the issue. We aim to respond to all emails within 1 working day but please allow 3 working days at the maximum. You have 48 hours following delivery of your items to report any damage or defective goods due to manufacturing or delivery. Please do not fit the blind during the investigation process. We reserve the right to request images of any issues that you report to us or to request the product be returned to us, whichever we deem necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once our investigation is complete, if we deem necessary, we will only replace the made-to-measure product(s) in question.

  • Please also retain all original packaging relating to your order, unless you are notified otherwise.
  • Please note that if the original packaging is disposed of and further packaging is required, this will be chargeable.

Damaged or Faulty Order: Can I Modify Measurements or Color? Regrettably, alterations to measurements or colors cannot be accommodated once an order has arrived damaged or faulty. We can only proceed with replacements for damaged/ faulty blinds or incorrect order after completing an investigation and confirming the necessary steps for the next stage.Once you have received your blinds you have 30 days to return them providing they meet the criteria above

Order Cancellation and Refunds: Orders for goods that are manufactured, measured, or custom-made to your specifications cannot be changed or canceled. These items, tailored to your requirements, are deemed non-resaleable by us.

Out of Stock or Discontinued Items: Can I Cancel and Get a Refund? Yes! If your order has not entered the manufacturing process due to an item being out of stock or discontinued, we will issue a full refund.

Cancellation by 1ClickBlinds: 1ClickBlinds reserves the right to cancel your order if the blinds are discontinued, the order is unpaid or not fully paid, if unwilling to cover the delivery cost, or in the event of internal system errors (such as typing errors or pricing discrepancies).

Delivery Service: Our express delivery service is swift and efficient. Once the blinds are made (typically within 3-5 working days), they will be dispatched the following day from the warehouse. Delivery days are Monday to Friday, and the blinds must be signed for upon receipt to confirm delivery.

Failed Deliveries and Re-Delivery Charges: Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in re-delivery charges. You will be contacted once the item has been returned to us. Returned items are only held up to 4 weeks and may be disposed of after this time. After 4 weeks, a new purchase would be required.

Warranty: Our fabric collection offers a diverse range of colors, styles, and patterns, enhancing the modern and beautiful appearance of your space. We provide excellent value for money, backed by a 5 Years warranty.

Note - machine tolerence of 4mm on all blinds

Any Day and Night blinds over the size of 1800mm does have a slight wave on it due to large size restrictions
