Measurecover Guarantee Policy
Our Measurecover Guarantee is crafted to offer assurance to our valued customers, particularly concerning inaccurate measurements. This guarantee ensures that products will be replaced with the same specifications as the original order, focusing solely on addressing sizing discrepancies. If the new measurements result in a higher cost than the original order, the price difference will be applied. Conversely, if the new measurements are more economical, no refunds will be processed.
In situations where the new measurements are smaller than the original ones, we aim to modify the item rather than creating an entirely new one. The pricing for Measurecover Guarantee orders is determined by the prevailing rates on our website, and regrettably, we cannot honor previous sale prices or apply discount codes.
Upon activating the Measurecover Guarantee, the original order must be returned in its original packaging before the new order is dispatched. Any damage to the packaging may result in the cancellation of the Measurecover Guarantee, with no refund provided if the guarantee was paid for.
Customers are required to notify us of accurate measurements within 10 working days of receiving the original purchase to activate the Measurecover Guarantee. Delivery charges are applicable in all circumstances when activating the guarantee.
It's important to note that only one remake per item is covered under the Measurecover Guarantee if selected at the point of sale. Subsequent orders without selecting the Measurecover Guarantee will not be covered.
If an item is out of stock when placing a Measurecover order, customers have the option to choose between a refund for the Measurecover amount or wait for the stock to arrive. Refunds for the original item will not be issued in this situation.
